Joanne was very helpful and timely in helping me purchase my home. The first home I looked in to was no longer accepting offers and she had pointed out a similar property in the same area for a better price point. When I looked in to it, it was everything I was looking for and she helped me put in a good offer that was close to asking that secured the purchase. She helped expedite the home purchase and pushed everything forward as soon as it was available to. Even during off hours she made sure to sign paperwork and documents which helped me close as soon as I could and all my questions were answered, no surprises. I would highly recommend Joanne if you’re looking for a responsive, helpful, and honest agent.

My review won't do justice to truly reflect the type of person and agent Joanne is. She tirelessly helped us find our first house choice based on our criteria that wasn't really flexible. In the height of the crazy housing market, we dug deep in her contacts to get contractors out in time to complete inspections. Unfortunately, the buyer backed out and decided to rent. Obviously no fault of her own but now the pressure was on because we accepted an offer on the house we were selling. Again, not willing to budge on what we wanted for our new home, we tackled the housing market together. Every day we texted about potential houses. Every weekend we viewed houses that were about an hour drive out of her way. Not once did she complain or feel discouraged. In fact, she had to help us not to just give up. She is so compassionate about her profession and she is good at it! She hands on helped us with our toddlers so we can focus on viewing houses. She had every answer to all our questions. Just as the time was running out, she found us the absolute best house matching all our criteria. But it didn't stop there. She researched and took the time to speak to her team to figure out the best way to secure the sale. She again navigated us through our own legal and financial obstacles, assisted us in completing inspections, and was involved in the entire mortgage process. She was by my side the ENTIRE time, right down to the closing where she sat by my side at the closing attorney's office. She has worked in this industry for years. Her experience, reputation, contacts, and just her own personality and the person she is is priceless. I highly highly recommend Joanne.
