In the height of the crazy housing market, we dug deep in her contacts to get contractors out in time to complete inspections. Unfortunately, the buyer backed out and decided to rent. Obviously no fault of her own but now the pressure was on because we accepted an offer on the house we were selling. Again, not willing to budge on what we wanted for our new home, we tackled the housing market together. Every day we texted about potential houses. Joanne recommended a few small changes in the house prior to listing and a bit of rearranging. WOW what a difference, 1st day on the market was the open house, we had multiple offers and a lot of great feedback on the house.
