Joan was excellent to work with and very responsive. She was very methodical in prepping the house for the market, pointing out a lot of small nuances that would affect the sale price. She provided a lot of support during the entire process. I don't know if this is the new normal in real estate but I had never experienced this level of support from a Realtor in the past.
