As a professional agent, JoJo worked diligently to provide me with a detailed market analysis for my neighborhood and suggested a sound strategy to place my house on the market. During my renovation of the house for sale, she helped me to select the right flooring material and paint colors, checked the progress and monitored the quality of the renovation work. JoJo is a true professional agent who explained in detail the listing agreement to me for 3 hours so I could understand the nature of the agreement. She suggested a great stager to stage my house that won praises from the perspective buyers. With passion and experience, she follows up with every lead of potential buyers and reports to me after each open house. She does not over-promise when negotiating an offer but, instead, suggests a realistic price for my house once we engaged with an interested buyer. We have reached a sales agreement with a sound buyer after little more than one month. After opening escrow, I went on an extended trip abroad. JoJo helped my wife and I deal with all necessary purchase and escrow related paperwork, such as ordering HOA documents, transfer of HOA membership to the new owner..., etc. She even made a detailed To Do List to help us complete all the key tasks.
