About Jim

Licensed in SC since February 2022, Jim’s back to his first love as a REALTOR, helping buyers and sellers making their dreams come true. Jim was born in Pittsburgh and moved to Mechanicsburg, PA prior to graduation. Following that was an 8-year residency in Fort Lauderdale where his real estate career began. Jim moved back to Camp Hill where he initially was in real estate sales as well as property management, and then established a business supporting local orthodontists. Ultimately his love of the coast (and warmer weather), brought him to Myrtle Beach where he resides along the Intracoastal Waterway. Fast forward to the present, and Jim’s affiliation with RE/MAX Southern Shores. His prior real estate experience in both Florida and Pennsylvania in the early 90’s enabled a smooth transition in the real estate market along the South Carolina coast. In addition to selling real estate, Jim also learned the ins and outs of property management. The many opportunities for home ownership from Myrtle Beach to Little River, Pawleys Island to Surfside Beach, and inland to Conway, Longs and Loris, allow Jim to assist with all your real estate needs.
