Jillian provided an exellent experience for us in selling our home. She was well informed, prepared with research, easy to communicate with, responsive to our questions. and accessible. Our circumstances required exceptional patience as health issues created delays and she was always supportive and hung in with us until we reached a successful sale. We really appreciated she didn't pressure us and showed professionalism in all our interactions. She gave us very good suggestions on resources such as for staging and cleaners. At the time we were ready to put our house on the market it sold quickly at a price we knew was very fair. We felt lucky to have her as our realtor and would recommend her to anyone else.

Jillian did a great job with a difficult listing and sale. Difficult because the house was older, and as soon as you say estate sale, buyers want to buy it cheap. We got a number of offers right away, but as listings go, sometimes they do not work. Jillian was patient and worked hard to get a deal put together and worked with all of the other requests to lower the price. We got a deal that worked, and Jillian proved her worth by working with the other realtor to get the deal together. Jillian did a first-class professional job, and anyone would benefit from her work. Jillian is knowledgeable, but she is a very nice person and easy to work with.

Jillian did a professional and outstanding job on selling our house. I was a not an easy sale as it was an estate sale. From listing through sale she was professional, knowledgeable, patient, a good counsel, great communicator, and an all around excellent human being. She is great to work with and has an encyclopedia knowledge of real estate. She fulfilled her fiduciary duty to me and let me know what strategy would work the best. The end of the deal was the telling point and Jillian worked hard to ensure that the sale was completed. You cannot do better employing Jillian to sale your house. Or if you are buying a house Jillian is the realtor that you want. She will work the long hours necessary to find you your house.
