Jillian did a great job with a difficult listing and sale. Difficult because the house was older, and as soon as you say estate sale, buyers want to buy it cheap. We got a number of offers right away, but as listings go, sometimes they do not work. Jillian was patient and worked hard to get a deal put together and worked with all of the other requests to lower the price. We got a deal that worked, and Jillian proved her worth by working with the other realtor to get the deal together. Jillian did a first-class professional job, and anyone would benefit from her work. Jillian is knowledgeable, but she is a very nice person and easy to work with.

Jillian did a professional and outstanding job on selling our house. I was a not an easy sale as it was an estate sale. From listing through sale she was professional, knowledgeable, patient, a good counsel, great communicator, and an all around excellent human being.
