Jill helped us sell a rental home for a 1031 exchange and it was a bit complicated as the house needed work, the home was older than the new builds nearby, but we still wanted the price to be in the ballpark of the new builds and needed to move quickly to provide enough time in the summer months to identify a like kind investment property. Leaned on Jill's experience to go with a full kitchen and guest bath remodel along with new flooring, knowing that a lighter and open layout would be preferred.
