Catherine and Jill provided guidance and reassurance throughout the roller coaster of selling and buying our homes here in the Villages. Due to the Pandemic selling our home up north was delayed and that created a domino effect on our plan to sell our initial purchase here and then to buy a larger home home here. We loved the Villages and the area we initially bought in(Orange Blossom) but quickly realized we were not ready to not have a third bedroom or a garage. Jill and Catherine were understanding and guided us though what we needed to do to accomplish our goal. Jill tirelessly showed us homes any time we called her and all the while readying and showing our home with open houses. They made a beautiful video of our home and neighborhood for online viewings plus provided individual personnel showings. We tired and many times felt defeated but Catherine and Jills' high energy and encouragement pulled us through those times. We know their behind the scenes efforts were what sold our home here in the Villages and are very grateful. Our home up north also sold during this process which enabled us to move forward with our purchase of our dream home that Jill helped us find, secure and get our ducks in a row to be able to purchase here. We now are in our new home and all of it is behind us but we want to give a big shout out for the amazing service these two ladies provided.
