Jill helped us buy a house in Florida from Illinois. She did video chats to show us the house and pointed out things she noticed. After buying she did extra things she didn't have to do like letting carpet cleaners in before we moved in. Once we got here there was no surprises with the house. She absolutely knows the market in the villages and around. She has all the answers if not she find it quickly. She was able to guide us from start to finish as we were not very familiar with the Florida closing process. She is not "pushy" and there is no "BS" coming from Jill. I will highly recommend Ms.Jill Buckley. .I can tell you that she is pretty,friendly and charming but you are not interested in that especially if you're a woman. You want an agent to be active in the real estate market that as soon as the properties hit the market you'll be notified..and especially when you have a problem to be solved that you are not going to be dealing with an assistant but with her and she does get back to you in a timely fashion and if she doesn't have the answers she will find them out for you..I enjoyed my time spent looking at houses with her.

I dealt with Jill for about a year in trying to find 2 properties. She was very responsive and on top of things. One property was a 1031 exchange which was very worrisome for me, but she made all my fears disappear. I cannot recomnend her highly enough.
