It took approximately 2-3 years for Jill to get the listing as my 80 year old mother was finally ready to sell her home after much trepidation about moving north. Jill was patient and kind to her and helped assure her of the legalities involved. Jill was knowledgeable about the market, priced mom's house appropriately for fast sale, and was diligent to ensure completion of the second contract after the first one fell (through at no fault of mom). One of the advantages of using Jill, we all lived in different states and needed to all be on the same page before we could come to terms with the sale. Jill was happy to accomdate working as a collective group rather than one individual seller. As a realtor in another state, I can tell you, that can be tough at times. Jill conducted the sale as a professional but with a twist of humility and empathy toward my mother. She was also a valient watchdog for her property when before the contract was fully executed, mother moved north and left the house in great hands with Jill.
