I will highly recommend Ms.Jill Buckley. .I can tell you that she is pretty,friendly and charming but you are not interested in that especially if you're a woman. You want an agent to be active in the real estate market that as soon as the properties hit the market you'll be notified..and especially when you have a problem to be solved that you are not going to be dealing with an assistant but with her and she does get back to you in a timely fashion and if she doesn't have the answers she will find them out for you..I enjoyed my time spent looking at houses with her.

I dealt with Jill for about a year in trying to find 2 properties. She was very responsive and on top of things. One property was a 1031 exchange which was very worrisome for me, but she made all my fears disappear. I cannot recomnend her highly enough.
