She sold my condo for full asking price in less than two weeks and it only took that long because the first offer fell through. I had some questions as I’d never sold property before and she was patient with me. She did a great job negotiating with different agents and buyers, and reading between the lines.

Jill not only managed to find a home in this crazy market for me at a great price, but through her relationships was able to sway the seller into choosing me as the buyer with several other bidders in the mix. She’s very responsive and makes sure that her clients always come first. The icing on the cake is that she makes the buying experience fun and seemless and knows a ton about the Miami market. Jill was a fantastic agent. She helped me sell my previous house (in less than a week) and worked with me until we found the perfect next home.
