She sold my condo for full asking price in less than two weeks and it only took that long because the first offer fell through. I had some questions as I’d never sold property before and she was patient with me. She did a great job negotiating with different agents and buyers, and reading between the lines.
Jill not only managed to find a home in this crazy market for me at a great price, but through her relationships was able to sway the seller into choosing me as the buyer with several other bidders in the mix.
