I’ve purchased two houses in my life, but have been close to the process when friends and relatives have done so. Of all those real estate transactions I have never experienced a more knowledgeable and professional realtor than Jessica Stamper. She explained the steps and led me through them expertly, always having the answer to every question or concern I had. Mind you, I bought my townhome in Colorado sight unseen because I currently live in Nevada. Jess made the process seem like I was there. There was a wrinkle in the offer/acceptance process because of the selling agent's mistake. Jessica stuck with it, working with her agency's legal advisers and the seller's agent and that agency. At the end it worked out OK for all parties. We'd been working with Jessica for a few months before even our coming to Ft. Collins.

Jess was thoughtful and thorough. She kept us informed of everything that was going on and made several helpful suggestions. She was very professional and knew the market very well. On top of that, she is a great person.
