You have your standard realtor, then you have Jessica at EXIT Realty. Jessica wasn't our first call. We decided to sell our house For Sale By Owner. Jessica was very patient with my mom. She made sure mom understood everything that she was doing, was very helpful answering all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the market and how the sale went. She went over everything with us and explained the whys and the what’s involved with selling. Jessica was very kind and compassionate, she made sure we knew about every showing, how the inspection process would go and covered every detail on our contract. She went over all the comments on each showing and told us how we could improve for the next one. She worked with us every step of the way. I would recommend Jessica to anyone contemplating choosing her to sell their home. You won’t be disappointed and she will work hard for you. She goes above and beyond!

Jessica was amazing. Always available and helped us navigate a tricky condo purchase that had a tenant in it. Even after closing, she was available to tie up loose ends. Totally satisfied and will use again for our next purchase in the area!

This is the second time Jessica has helped us in the home buying process. We were in quite the pinch with my mom & all over the place in regards to what we were looking for (mobile home, total fixer upper, condo), where to buy and even price range and Jessica was so patient and instrumental in helping us figure out the best solution for mom. She was exceptionally knowledgeable about the different areas & what we'd be signing up for (good & bad) so I felt comfortable enough to finally make a decision. I would've fired me (and mom) as a client, but Jessica stood by and helped us through it all- quite the professional! She promptly and thoroughly answered my tedious questions & was able to work magic with getting some of those tours scheduled so quickly. If you want a realtor that really cares, not just one that'll sell you the first option that catches your eye, you need to call Jessica. Also, walking into her new home for the first time with such sweet, thoughtful gifts from Jessica, made mom's heart full.
