Jessica was very patient with my mom. She made sure mom understood everything that she was doing, was very helpful answering all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the market and how the sale went. She went over everything with us and explained the whys and the what’s involved with selling. Jessica was very kind and compassionate, she made sure we knew about every showing, how the inspection process would go and covered every detail on our contract. She went over all the comments on each showing and told us how we could improve for the next one. She worked with us every step of the way. I was lucky enough to accidentally meet Jessica when I was searching for new home builds. Finding a new home was not in the cards for us due to pricing changing dramatically between the online advertisements & what the price would be after bidding & all the add on costs. I didn't understand it all until she explained it to me. From that point we started looking for current homes that would fit our needs & felt quite defeated after we lost out on two bids. We were just about to give up, thinking we just couldn't afford what we needed & wanted, until she took the time & initiative to look into what our current house would sell for (and she wasn't even our selling agent because we had already decided to use a family member). That gave us the push we needed to look into buying a higher priced home. She patiently & pleasantly took us to see every house that fit our new parameters, answered my million questions, walked us through writing a winning offer letter, helped us find a very thorough inspector & made sure we didn't miss any deadlines. She even educated us on why our original 'same as cash' lender was not a great choice after doing her own research even though that could've lost her the sale. You will not find a realtor that will work harder to get you the best deal on your dream home than Jessica Socci-Seifert. Towards the end of my home buying process my mother got sick and passed away and I could not focus on what needed to be done with my new home. Jessica stepped in and handled EVERYTHING! I don't even know where or how to begin my review, but here goes...After interviewing 3 realtors, and one telling us we should wait until the market slows down, we felt hopeless. While attending an open house, we met Jessica and knew right away she was "the one". We are in an extremely competitive market right now, and not one time did she show frustration when we scheduled appointments only to be canceled later due to an offer put on the house. With different work schedules and working out of town, there were many times she would have to show the same house to our family 2 times.
