I as a seller for the first time in 25 years was not sure if I wanted to use a realtor. Jessica offered to give me some advice on how to get the most for my home. Due to her patients I saw the value in having her do the work for me. She was most knowledgeable when it came to every situation that irised furring this process. She made me feel so comfortable with each and every step. I would refer her to everyone I know. She is very professional with a caring and loving spirit everyone should have when dealing with someone who hires a professional. I would use her again and again and plan to when I’m ready to buy.

In a tough buyers market with some hurdles to overcome, Jessica was a pro! We sold our house and a lot of our belongings in Ohio, rented a house for two months in Florida and started looking for our new Condo. Our hurdles included a large dog and a two month timeline to find and close on a place and be moved in before the rental period was up. Jessica not only found us a great condo that allows large dogs, but she is extremely knowledgeable of the market and meticulous with details and following up. I would highly recommend Jessica as a realtor!

I’ll start by saying I’m a small business owner and our search has been ongoing for a year. We were really scattered on areas to be in and school disctricts until we really visited areas as she suggested. We landed in gulf gate and as you think “everything thats meant to be will happen” the “meant to be” part was truly Jessica making it all happen. Jessica helped us find a mortgage loan officer that wouldn’t give up on us as you know, small businesses are tough to get financed. There were many roadblocks that really left us defeated at times and Jessica without panic made sure everything would get handled and always had faith we would find and finish with the right house even if we had been discouraged. From looking to find a house to putting in our offer she was always providing knowledge. And I won’t forget she was the only person that answered my inquiry on a holiday! Jessica will truly be there for you from start onto even after finishing. She’s now helped us get engaged with the community, given us names to contractors, and even offers parenting advice when asked for. She’s truly a gem to work with and being a real estate agent myself (in NY) makes me only inspired for me to be that person with someone else!

Jessica was a very good agent for me as the buyer. She understood what was must haves versus nice to have. When I had questions about a property, she didn’t hesitate to contact the sellers agent to get the information for me. She also provided lots of recommendations and options on Movers, attorneys, inspectors, Mortgage brokers, etc. I would definitely work with her again but hopefully I’m in my forever home!
