Mrs. Jessica Coufal was a very competent, efficient and professional agent in every aspect, advising me in getting my home ready to sell, and helping to compare my home with others in the area of like size, age and condition in order to fix a sale price, and in helping facilitate the sale to the buyers. She worked well with the agent for the buyers. The whole process from beginning to end was made easier because of the efforts and assistance from Mrs. Coufal. I would definitely recommend her; and, I wouldn't hesitate to use her again if the need arose.
