Norbert went above and beyond for me and my husband while looking for a home to purchase. As first time home buyers we had no clue what to do or where to start; Norbert walked us through each step and made this painful process less painful and more bearable. No matter what day or time it was Norbert was prompt with his responses/actions always making time for us! He listened to what we wanted/looked for in a house and did not try to veer us in a different direction. He was always 100% straightforward with us and always positive. Celia Villegas is a very professional agent with good knowledge of the market. I actually got her name off one of her signs in front of another listing. I was very stressed at the time cause my brother had just died and he had been taking care of his dad , my stepdad. Celia was very helpful and understanding to my situation as I live in a different town, trying to take care of business.
