Norbert went above and beyond for me and my husband while looking for a home to purchase. As first time home buyers we had no clue what to do or where to start; Norbert walked us through each step and made this painful process less painful and more bearable. He listened to what we wanted/looked for in a house and did not try to veer us in a different direction. He was always 100% straightforward with us and always positive.
