For me, this wasn’t just another real estate transaction, it was a house full of history and memories, and selling it from 1,500 miles away while I was in Boston was genuinely hard. They didn’t treat it like just another listing, and I say that having worked with agents who did. Every decision they made, from coordinating contractors to overseeing the landscaping, was done with a level of care you just don’t expect. Jes even hand-arranged fresh flower bouquets for every room before photos were taken—a small touch that said everything about how seriously she takes her clients’ homes. In the end, they didn’t just sell my house. They found the right family for it. People who will love it and care for it the way I did, and then some. Knowing that made the whole process feel complete in a way I didn’t even know I needed. Jes and Joe don’t just sell houses. They take care of people. Everyone promises white-glove service.
