When buying a home, you don't quite always realize what you are getting yourself into, as far as the process goes. A first time home buyer, such as ourselves, may go into the their home buying journey thinking they want a certain home, in a certain location. Things can change, deliberations definitely do happen, at least they did for us on more than 1 occasion. Having an agent like Jeremy made a world of difference - was very patient during the whole process. We started looking at homes late winter season of 2018 and we closed on our first home Sept 2018. He maintained his professional manner even through our indecisiveness while many agents may have been annoyed. He was excellent in his communications with all of our questions and he provided numerous updates. He had an excellent manner with my kids and didn't get annoyed when they had too much energy. He was even cool with my parents tagging along on some of our home looking adventures. He went out of his way after closing to bring a "sold" sign for our home and took our picture with it - that is just one of the many ways he went above and beyond. We are truly grateful we had him as an agent and I'd point all my friends and family in his direction.
