We met Jennifer a few years ago through mutual friends and we developed a great relationship. When it came time to relocate to Texas from Baltimore, we knew immediately that we would call Jennifer to help us sell our home. We spoke with her about our plans, our goals, and what we needed to accomplish with the sale of our house. She was very responsive and understanding. Jennifer helped us to negotiate the sale of our house in a very short amount of time (about 2 months). When it came time to get aggressive with our price and our negotiations, she was the best. Although some things were difficult to hear (like making an expensive repair), Jennifer's advice helped us to navigate the deal so that it would not fall through. She's incredibly knowledgeable and presented unbiased information and never tried to sway our decisions. She gave us all the information up front and then let us decide what was most important. As a result, we never felt pressured, only reassured that we did what was best for us. <br/><br/>3. Communication. It's last on the list but certainly not least in priority. She kept us up to date ever day as things moved on and was always quick to respond to anything we asked of her. As first time home buyers, she helped us all the way through and we need ER felt stressed or adrift. <br/><br/>Jen is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone.
