Jen Ward is a superb relator and truly went above and beyond! Over the course of the last year she helped us sell two homes and buy our forever home! Our renters moved out two days before our wedding and we were hoping to sell our home quickly as it was vacant but were worried about the timing of preparing the home as we were getting married that weekend and going on a two week honeymoon immediately afterwards. While we were on our honeymoon, Jen coordinated contractors, a cleaning service, a staging company, and photographer to prepare our home. We actually received an alert while sitting on the beach that our listing was active and within 6 days we were under contract! When it came time to sell our second home, she offered great advice and knew how to perfectly price the home so that we were under contract in one day! Jen also helped us negotiate a fair price point and repairs when buying our new home. Jen is not only professional but truly does go above and beyond for her clients!
