Jen Schaub deserves more than five stars. She handled everything beautifully from hiring contractors to do some necessary updates and repairs to the house before it went on the market right through to being present and helpful at settlement. If she didn't answer her phone immediately, she was quick to return calls and/or emails. At the very last minute while her photographer was taking pictures in preparation for an open house, she was informed that there was an active yellowjacket nest, and she was able to hire an exterminator and take care of the issue that very day. Jen is a treasure. Anyone that hires her to sell their home is in great hands.
