Jenn Manzella was my realtor in late 2021 when my wife and I were looking to purchase a property in the Orlando area. Jenn is very knowledgable of the Central Florida area and took the time to understand our desire to have a property close to the Theme Parks and actually made some recommendations on areas to choose. During our property search in Florida I was also selling a property in California and using the proceeds in a 1031 Exchange and this complicated process was managed by Jenn resulting in a successful close within the guidelines of the 1031 Exchange. Jenn was always available 24/7 for any questions and support. Jenn actually engaged with local contractors for estimates on repair item’s as a result of a property inspection providing us with the information we needed to make a decision before we even asked - proving she is always one step ahead. I would highly recommend Jenn Manzella when you are looking to buy or sell Real Estate in the Central Florida area.

Jenn was amazing in helping us through a complex search for our "perfect RV" house, showing us a myriad of different types of houses and areas until we found one that fit all of our needs. This past year I decided to add a Florida property to my portfolio of real estate. I have always had corporate relocations when buying and selling my primary residence so I have minimal experience with working directly with realtors. Jenn Manzella and her team at Florida Realty Marketplace where absolutely fantastic to work with. Never predatory. They worked diligently every step of the way from the initial sales contract through appraisal, inspection, financing, and closing. My biggest concern was that I would get engaged with a 'part time' realtor who works when it's convenient for them. Jenn and her team are professionals, their communication was impeccable and always responded to me from sun up to sun down. I cannot recommend them enough. They made finding a Florida property from 1500 miles away seem like I was just down the street.

The process from beginning to end took about a month to a month-and-a-half. My budget was low so I didn't have much to choose from but I am in my new Villa today Jenn and my realtor got me the best monthly payment and something that I really really love.
