Jeff was AWESOME. Selling the house we were in was very difficult after being in it for 35 years. Honestly, it was a nightmare with all the updates needed in an old house. Also, the open houses, showings, etc. We had many bumps along the way. However, Jeff was with us 100% the whole time. He actively promoted the house, was constantly networking, and keeping us updated. Always answered the phone and promptly returned calls, texts, and emails. He gave us confidence when things became difficult and we were ready to give up. But Jeff never gave up. He gave us hope and confidence and has, in turn, become a close family friend. Jeff is amazing for so many reasons! First, Jeff is very personable which makes the entire process enjoyable whether it's going into a multitude of homes or speaking on the phone to disseminate information. Second, Jeff can really pick up on what you like/are looking for in a home and he provides strong suggestions on houses to see if you didn't initially consider them yourself (which is how I found my current house!). Third, Jeff is very easy to get in contact with at any hour of the day and is very knowledgable in answering any and all questions the buyer may have. Jeff also doesn't hesitate to get answers to any questions and will stay on certain people until he gets the information he needs. Lastly, even after closing, I was still able to contact Jeff about a job that needed to be done on my property and Jeff stuck with me and got the job accomplished this past week. Jeff was referred to me from a mutual friend and I couldn't have been happier. After talking with him on the phone about what sort of things I was looking for in my housing we met up and started looking at houses. At the end of one of the first days of us looking at a few different houses local to where I was renting, Jeff really started to get and understand what my needs were and how they differed from some of the wants. He suggested houses in towns I didn't consider initially using his knowledge of the local area for the school districts. My work severely limits my time to conduct business within regular working hours, but Jeff was so incredibly flexible with my limited availability.
