Before his real estate career, Jeff spent 18 years in law enforcement with the Mt. Olive Township Police Department, where he rose to the rank of Sergeant. Following an on-duty injury in 2015, he transitioned into real estate with the same sense of duty and passion for helping people. That experience continues to shape his approach—bringing a calm, confident presence and a sharp eye for detail to every transaction.
A lifelong resident of Northern New Jersey, Jeff grew up in Sussex County and now resides in Long Valley, NJ with his wife, three daughters, and their two beloved Goldendoodles. Deeply rooted in his community, he is a youth softball coach, a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Succasunna, and a supporter of numerous local sports teams. He also previously served as the Coordinator of the Morris County Police Critical Incident Debriefing Team, reflecting his enduring dedication to leadership and service.
