We worked with Jeff to sell our home, and he provided some much needed expertise in helping us to price our home appropriately within our market - we actually thought he might be pricing it too high, but it ended up being just right. As the offers started coming in, he got on the phone with us at all hours to explain the nuances of each offer and what his ultimate recommendation was. Throughout the process, he was extremely easy to reach via text, e-mail, and phone, and he kept us apprised of everything taking place on the buyer's side. Unfortunately, our first buyer (who had originally come in with essentially a cash offer) ultimately was not able to close due to an inability to come up with the funds. Although he was disappointed, Jeff took this all in stride and assured us we wouldn't have a problem relisting the property - and he was right. We got another few offers the same weekend we listed, and were able to close the second deal fairly quickly and over asking price. Despite some hiccups along the way (all on the buyer's side), Jeff was great at communicating all the updates to us in a timely manner, and he was super easy to work with through the entire process.
