We worked with a few realtors during our 3 year home search and I really wish we had met Jeff earlier. He goes above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible and as a former Mount Olive Police Officer seems to know everyone in the area which really makes things easier. Buying and selling a home can be so stressful and Jeff really helped put our minds at ease during the process. Some realtors tend to be pushy or "salesy" but Jeff is the complete opposite. Jeff was AWESOME. Selling the house we were in was very difficult after being in it for 35 years. Honestly, it was a nightmare with all the updates needed in an old house. Also, the open houses, showings, etc. We had many bumps along the way. However, Jeff was with us 100% the whole time. He actively promoted the house, was constantly networking, and keeping us updated. Always answered the phone and promptly returned calls, texts, and emails. He gave us confidence when things became difficult and we were ready to give up. But Jeff never gave up. He gave us hope and confidence and has, in turn, become a close family friend.
