Ryan Garcia, Jeff’s RE agent, was the first person to respond, and had every answer I needed to price out the house perfectly. He was totally educated which bodes well for him and also for the classes that he got from Keller Williams at the Tricoli Real Estate office. They navigated through the Covid pandemic. And found me and all cash buyer, which was perfect because I was able to leave Florida where my mom’s house was and go back to New York, knowing that I was in the best hands. They have a terrific team both in and out of the office. My brother, who is the financial advisor for the family, and I could not have been happier with all of the advice we got, day by day including how to negotiate, how to stage the house, and every question we had along the way. My experience was amazing. I had to move to Atlanta on short notice but needed to sell my house. Ryan on Jeff’s team was great. He had a professional photographer come out to take pictures of my home. They made sure anyone that needed to get into my home could. The whole team stayed in constant communication with me either by text or email. Each day after all of the showings were complete I would get a recap to know if any were potential buyers. They also send you weekly updates on homes being sold in your market and how it is trending. I unfortunately put my house on the market the end of March. Ryan and team stayed persistent and were able to sell my home. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and friendliness of the entire team.
