Upon deciding to sell our home, we interviewed 2 realtors before deciding which company would best represent the sale of our property. We had a unique home whereby traditional square footage price basis did not apply. Upon seeing the house, Jeff immediately recognized the value of the volume and amenities the home offered. He suggested an asking price we believed was appropriate for for property. During our interview , Jeff explained how he intended to market the home. We required personal attention and representation at all showings. We were opposed to open houses and requested that all showings be to qualified buyers.
