Jeff and his team are great negotiators. They made it possible for us to sell our home and then lease it back from the buyers so we were able to stay until we were ready to move to the new home we were purchasing. Ryan was a great help and always in constant communication with us every step of the way. I would recommend Jeff to anyone looking for a realtor who can get the job done. Thanks Jeff and team!
I sold very quickly, for exactly what I wanted and to who the condo association would accept , with no trouble in closing. They helped with staging and created a spectacular video. I was very impressed.
Overall excellent experience! My wife is from Colombia and was completely unfamiliar with the home buying process. Jeff's team had Spanish speaking members who walked her through every step, listened to what she wanted, and found us the home we were looking for at the price we wanted. To me, it shows the negotiating skills of the team to get the buyers price with the market as tight as it is. Thanks to the team!
My experience was amazing. I had to move to Atlanta on short notice but needed to sell my house. Ryan on Jeff’s team was great. He had a professional photographer come out to take pictures of my home. They made sure anyone that needed to get into my home could. The whole team stayed in constant communication with me either by text or email. Each day after all of the showings were complete I would get a recap to know if any were potential buyers. They also send you weekly updates on homes being sold in your market and how it is trending. I unfortunately put my house on the market the end of March. Ryan and team stayed persistent and were able to sell my home. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and friendliness of the entire team. It really felt like they all cared about me selling my home. If you are trying to sell your home don’t look anywhere else.
We are more than satisfied with Jeff and his team. Very professional and accommodating. We wanted a particular house and they worked to get it for us even though there was a line of people going for this house. It's our second time working with Jeff and couldn't be more pleased. Solid experience and knowledge.
We were looking for a house in a different county and we were paired with the perfect realtor! Tony was professional, polite, not pushy. Exactly the type of realtor we were looking for. He was patient with us and had no issue traveling to the county we were looking at. He was honest and answered any questions we had. One thing I was really impressed with was the communication. Tony was so quick with his responses even when I messaged him a little late. We could not have had a better realtor and we are more than satisfied. The company even followed up after our purchase to ensure our needs and our expectations were met. If you're looking for a realtor... this is the place to go.
I chose Jeff because of the exposure he said he could deliver. And he did so in print and online. I worked with his team of realtors to market and throughout the sales process, and they were always very professional. They were not always quick to return calls or texts, but they were always timely and provided their full attention to my questions and responded with honest, helpful answers
jeff tricoli sold my home in less than a month, got me a better price than i thought i could get, and made the whole experience great. i would recommend him to anyone looking to sell, he was a pleasure to work with.
My wife and I were hoping to move and decided we should consider the possibility of selling/buying. As we drove through different neighborhoods, we noticed many homes had for-sale signs by The Tricoli Team. On a whim, we reached out to Jeff just to get some insight about the current market. In the blink of an eye, Jeff Tricoli returned my message, answered my questions, and offered to come by and speak to us in person. He had asked “what are you looking for in an agent”. Our response was “someone who is knowledgeable, available, and dependable”. Jeff introduced us to Nelson Soria who worked with us on both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old. Nelson was not only knowledgeable, available, and dependable, but also professional, personable, dedicated… and patient. He worked around the clock to make sure all requests and concerns were addressed and everything came together with both the sale and purchase. We’d recommend The Tricoli Team without hesitation. They listened to what we wanted and helped us make it happen.
Excellent experience overall, excellent team Work they were able to sell my house in two days. I couldn’t ask for a better realtor thank you to Tricoli’s team you gained a customer for life.
In my initial contact with Jeff, I found him to be approachable, personable, highly professional, and keenly in-tune with market trends where my home was located. I decided very quickly that Jeff's team was the perfect match for my needs. Once we began our work, it became abundantly clear that there were many skilled professionals on Jeff's team and I benefited immensely. Together these wonderful men and women put together a successful plan of action, and they effectively communicated with me as we moved toward our goal of selling my home. I would highly recommended Jeff to my friends and family.
The Jeff Tricoli Team was excellent from beginning to end. They have the process streamlined and make it totally easy to get your home on market, send all materials necessary electronically. EVERYTHING was taken care of on the sale of my condo without my ever being there. All handled by Jeff's expert Team from listing to photography to final contract. We have used Jeff now for two transactions and have been delighted with each home receiving a good offer within the first week!
