I sold very quickly, for exactly what I wanted and to who the condo association would accept , with no trouble in closing. They helped with staging and created a spectacular video. I was very impressed.
My experience was amazing. I had to move to Atlanta on short notice but needed to sell my house. Ryan on Jeff’s team was great. He had a professional photographer come out to take pictures of my home. They made sure anyone that needed to get into my home could. The whole team stayed in constant communication with me either by text or email. Each day after all of the showings were complete I would get a recap to know if any were potential buyers. They also send you weekly updates on homes being sold in your market and how it is trending. I unfortunately put my house on the market the end of March. Ryan and team stayed persistent and were able to sell my home. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and friendliness of the entire team. It really felt like they all cared about me selling my home. If you are trying to sell your home don’t look anywhere else.
Overall excellent experience! My wife is from Colombia and was completely unfamiliar with the home buying process. Jeff's team had Spanish speaking members who walked her through every step, listened to what she wanted, and found us the home we were looking for at the price we wanted.
