Let me start off by stating that my experience with the Tricoli team was absolutely incredible from the first contact through closing! I contacted the team through their Zillow listing of the property. The property was a 2-hour drive away from my current place of residence. My contact at Tricoli was Chris Dubois. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and punctual throughout the process. I had arranged a virtual tour of the property and then 2-days later an in person tour, Chris was where he said he would be and when. After, he over communicated every action required of me every step of the way. He arranged for a property inspection that was both punctual and professionally conducted. When closing time arrived Chris again arranged a virtual meet, upon my request. Chris allowed me to see the property was in a ready to close state and closing was conducted 10-days ahead-of-schedule.
