I listed my home in 11 days an offer was given and we closed in 32 days. It all happened so fast. I highly recommend them. They are polite, thorough, easy to reach and their marketing team list your home everywhere so you will have many many coming to look at your home therefore you will have a quick sale. A+++++
We had an excellent experience working with Chris DuBois of the Tricoli Team - Keller Williams. Chris worked tirelessly to learn our specific needs for a south Florida condo and sent us listings to review that fit those needs. He had the added challenge of working with us remotely as we were in Rhode Island throughout the property search. When we did the actual condo visits in Florida, Chris planned a full day with us. He was extremely knowledgeable about the areas we visited as well as information about condo ownership. He truly made our condo purchase easy and enjoyable and we felt confident in Chris’ ability to get us through the process. We strongly recommend the Tricoli Team.
All real estate agents are not created the same. This team is amazing. They know how to listen to what you need and are willing to support you every step along the way. Communication is outstanding. I would highly encourage you to talk to them and see if there is if it with you all there was an amazing fit for us. They made the process easy and fast. I would highly recommend working with this team.
Having the Tricoli Team behind me during my home selling process felt I had an entire army. They were there every step of the way, having my interests number one. I especially want to thank my agent Liz Bell for all the hard work and negations we had to go through to get my home sold. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Carlos Vindel to secure my new home in West Palm Beach, and I cannot express how pleased I am with the entire experience. From start to finish, Carlos demonstrated his exceptional knowledge, attentiveness, and support. One of the things that impressed me the most about Carlos was his availability. He was always there to answer my questions, address my concerns, and guide me through the entire process. He went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met and that I had a smooth and stress-free experience. What truly set Carlos apart was his kindness and patience. He took the time to really listen to my wants and needs, and he provided practical solutions that put my mind at ease. Working with him felt like a partnership, and I always felt confident and well-informed at each step of the way. I wholeheartedly recommend Carlos Vindel to anyone in search of a new home. His expertise, reliability, and genuine care for his clients make him an exceptional choice in the real estate industry. Thank you, Carlos, for helping me find my dream home!
The Tricoli Team is outstanding! My agent, Chase, was knowledgeable and skilled at advocating for the most advantageous outcome for his clients. My coordinator, Brandi, was supportive and thorough with managing offers. In additional, all other members of the team seemed available and supportive. In my 20 years of buying and selling properties, this has been, by far, the best!
My broker, Chase Caccamo was truly amazing. He answered my many texts and call within seconds . He helped me to understand the process. He was so patient and knowledgeable about every component of closing. I felt that he always had my best interest in mind.
The Tricoli team did a great job helping me get my place listed and ready to sell. I was able to get top dollar, over asking, from the first weekend on the market. Would recommend to anyone looking to sell!
Carlos Vindel, THE BEST!. I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Carlos Vindel. He was always on my side working to make my purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Carlos was he was always more focused on answers all my questions, giving good advice and finding properties that met my needs, he was always on top of everything from the beginning until the end. I was first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. Anyone would be lucky to work with Carlos. He did an AMAZING job! Thank you Carlos.
Let me start off by stating that my experience with the Tricoli team was absolutely incredible from the first contact through closing! I contacted the team through their Zillow listing of the property. The property was a 2-hour drive away from my current place of residence. My contact at Tricoli was Chris Dubois. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and punctual throughout the process. I had arranged a virtual tour of the property and then 2-days later an in person tour, Chris was where he said he would be and when. After, he over communicated every action required of me every step of the way. He arranged for a property inspection that was both punctual and professionally conducted. When closing time arrived Chris again arranged a virtual meet, upon my request. Chris allowed me to see the property was in a ready to close state and closing was conducted 10-days ahead-of-schedule. I would recommend the Tricoli team to everyone needing Realtor services. I would definitely use them if I need future services.
