After failed 6 months of unsuccessful marketing with another real estate agency, I had become discouraged. Jeff Tricoli's team at Keller Williams was so easy to work with, well organized, professional, kept me informed without me having to even call them, came equipped with a strong game plan, executed it well, and my home went into contract after about 2 weeks once they put it on the market and we closed about 3 weeks later. WOW!!!! THANK YOU Liz and Jeff and the entire staff at Keller Williams Commissioner Frances M Elien, Retired https://www.tricoliteam.com/property/R10959997/?addrs=1#

Our representative, Chase Caccamo, was excellent with respect to selling our house in Coral Springs, FL. He was always positive and confident in this manner. We really followed his lead and guidance in securing this sale….. And his team was always accommodating with any concerns. We have no doubt whatsoever in recommending him and his wonderful team, the Jeff Tricoli Team Real Estate-Keller Williams Real Estate to anyone needing such a service.

Liz, Brielle, and the whole Tricoli Team were so nice and super helpful in selling my dad’s house. They really went above and beyond. I would recommend their services 10/10!

I cannot recommend The Tricoli Team enough! With our agent, Ryan’s experience and knowledge we knew we were in good hands from the get-go. He gave us great suggestions to prepare our home for sale, and always took into consideration our needs and time constraints as a family with young children. The images taken of our home totally exceeded our expectations, and captured the beauty and warmth that we had always felt while living there for many years. Ryan, Brandi, and the rest of The Tricoli team were very communicative, giving us frequent updates, and promptly responding to any of our questions or concerns. Their effort and dedication to selling our home remained constant the whole way through. Unlike previous realtors that we have worked with in the past, the door to The Tricoli Team stayed wide open following closing. Ryan and Brandi called to check up on us multiple times to see if there was anything they could help us with as we settled into our new home. Working with The Tricoli Team during one of the most crucial times in our lives was a positive experience, and one of the best decisions we could have made in this entire process.

Had a great experience with the tricoli team. They were very responsive, answered all questions, and the entire process went very, very smooth.

Very professional from the start. They made it quite easy from start to finish. Great communication. The listing was very impressive and I received my asking price. Highly satisfied with Tricoli Team.

We are very pleased how the Tricolli Team handled every step in selling our home. They are very professional and Liz was very accommodating thru the process. I would highly recommend Liz and the Tricolli Team. Thank you again for all your efforts in making progress so easy!

Chase and his team was a pleasure to work with. They kept us up to date on anything that we needed to know about

my buyer's agent Chris was excellent, very patient with our process, as we had to wait until my mom was ready to come out to view places. he helped me filter my searches, and helped me to negotiate a good price! thanks!

The Tricoli team is top notch and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a home. I worked with Josh and he was amazing, best real estate agent in the county. From the first time we met he said "I don't care if it takes 2 years I will find you the perfect home" and he was true to his word. Over the course of 9 months Josh never pushed or pressured us and met us at multiple listings. I know I was not the easiest client and had a specific list of things I wanted and a specific amount I was willing to spend. Josh was patient and he LISTENED and found exactly what I wanted for my family(2 teenagers 2 toddlers my wife and myself). He stayed in contact even through the holidays which I thought was amazing. When we decided Loxahatchee was where we wanted to live, specifically Arden Josh wasted no time and found us an amazing luxury home with incentives I'm still in awe of. Once we decided on a home and got to negotiating Josh was there every step of the way. When I could not get answers from the builders or underwriting or title one phone call from Josh and BOOM problem solved. I told him before and I will say again, he is the David Cooperfield of the real estate world, simply said he works magic. Josh made the long drive multiple times to Loxahatchee and Arden to make sure we were protected, informed and got the best deal humanly possible. His product knowledge of luxury jumbo homes, ability to navigate the murky world of underwriting and overall ability to set all your concerns at ease separates him from other agents. In less then 45 days he found us our dream home, we entered into a contact and closed last Friday. This would not be possible without Josh and the Tricoli team... In short... The Tricoli team and Josh are the best and the ONLY option when it comes to buying a home!!!!!

Chase Caccamo and the entire Tricoli Team was nothing but impressive from start to finish. Starting with the initial Visit and Market analysis for your home to the professional photos and video. This team has a plan for success if you are thinking about selling your home. They kept my wife and myself informed of every change and aspect fo the selling process from beginning to end. With this team we were able to go to market in a high interest rate environment and still sell our house within the first weekend of listing and sold for 5K above asking with a multiple offer situation. Again Thank you Jeff and the entire Tricoli team. you made our move so much easier and stress free.
