I’ve been eyeing this place before construction even start always had to pass by the location, once I seen construction was almost done I have a past co-worker who start working in real estate and sure enough his office was working with the builders to selll the homes, I got information from Matt who works for the office went to the open house to see how the homes looks and see if my partner and I wanted to buy a home in this community and that’s when we meet Brielle, Brielle was very informative and always stayed in contact if I had questions she was available and answered them. We finally decided on a house and went under contract, while under contract the experience was honestly stress free, fairly easy besides all document that have to be submitted, our experience with Tricoli office was easy and straight forward very communicative, they were a big help with us getting our home and I would recommended other to use them to find there home as well.
