4.9 Stars. I would highly recommend the Tricoli Team. When I first listed my townhouse for sale. I interviewed eight realtors. Ryan from the Tricoli Team was my top choice for a while, and then I made a decision to go with another realtor… That was a mistake. The other realtor had my listing for 4 months, and they had maybe five or six showings the entire time. After that listing expired, I called Ryan back and I’m glad that I did it. The Tricoli team did a great job and I can see why they were able to get my house sold. The listing they created was superior, the follow up was always excellent… within the first couple of days in my listing, I had already had more showings then I had had for months with the other realtor and within a month I had a contract for my “happy number”. The only reason that they didn’t get that last 1/10 of a star is because a few members of their team were not always sharing information, and I had to repeat messages a couple of times to multiple people on the team. But otherwise it was an absolutely fantastic experience overall. Very professional very responsive.. and they got the job done

I hired the Tricoli Team to sell my current home and purchase a condo. The selling team was professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Brandi and Ryan along with Cole and Vergil in the office, were fantastic!! Jennie Michuda is the Absolute BEST realtor I have ever come across! She helped me find a new condo for my son and I. She is extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and genuinely cares about her clients and has their best interest at all times. She is thorough, knows the area well and goes above and beyond just being a realtor. Jennie is a true gem of a person and a Fantastic realtor. Liz and Jeff were very attentive throughout the process of listing and sale of our property. There were unexpected and unforseen challenges but Liz never gave up and persisted through the difficulties and got the job done! Each and every member of the team helped us in every aspect of selling the house. “Neil “ was simply outstanding. Without his involvement I do not think we would have met our goal. A great team member is hard to find! I do not think that there is a better Real Estate company is out there. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone else who is interested in selling a property. We listed on a Friday and was in contact by the following week! Closing was outstanding, smooth and without incident. You can only imagine my relief, now that it’s over. I can’t recommend them any higher or I would.
