One of the main reasons we chose Jeff was because he was associated with a truly locally owned agency, which was important to us because we felt a locally owned agency would have more of a vested interest in meeting our needs. We had very specific criteria for a home and were in no particular hurry to purchase. Over a two year period of time we must have looked at 30+ homes from existing to new construction to complete rehabs, but Jeff was very accommodating and patient with our criteria. When we finally found a home we wanted to make an offer on he did a great job navigating the negotiations even making contacts while he was on vacation to ultimately get us the deal we wanted. We would definitely recommend Jeff as a local realtor with experience and excellent understanding of the market as well as someone who respected and understood what we were looking for and didn't try to push us into something that didn't fit our criteria.

Jeff is by far the best realtor. He helped me and my husband close on our 1st home (with amazing negotiation skills) and also helped us sell it when we relocated. Not only did we sell it the first day on the market, he also had to work with our difficult relocation company. I would highly recommend him to anyone for their home buying/selling experience.
