One of the main reasons we chose Jeff was because he was associated with a truly locally owned agency, which was important to us because we felt a locally owned agency would have more of a vested interest in meeting our needs. We had very specific criteria for a home and were in no particular hurry to purchase. Over a two year period of time we must have looked at 30+ homes from existing to new construction to complete rehabs, but Jeff was very accommodating and patient with our criteria. When we finally found a home we wanted to make an offer on he did a great job navigating the negotiations even making contacts while he was on vacation to ultimately get us the deal we wanted.
