Jeff was very helpful and informative along the complete process and provided cautionary information where appropriate. He provided weekly webcast with the status. When we went on vacation, he worked with the seller to extend the closing as needed.

He emailed us "new houses in your area for sale" updates right away & also made sure we saw the houses we wanted to either on the same day we asked or the very next day.
