Jeff is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and not pushy. We have bought 2 houses and sold one with Jeff over the last 9 years. We have never been disappointed with his service. He and his staff (especially Vicki) are great communicators. We always knew what was happening with no surprises.
This is my third time selling a house and 2nd time buying one with Jeff. He has the knowledge, know-how, and tools to get the job done. My situation was very unique in that I had a short time-frame and other personal circumstances going on---all in the middle of a pandemic. Jeff handled it all in stride and never missed a beat. His market analysis was spot-on and I received multiple offers within hours of going on the market. Jeff ensured that the sale went smoothly and quickly transitioned into the buying phase, allowing me to purchase a new house with ease. Jeff made himself personally available at all times throughout the transactions and I couldn't have done it without him. If you're thinking about selling or buying a home, Jeff is the absolute right decision for you.
Jeff and his team were great to work with, very hard working, thorough and diligent. Though our situation posed a bit of a challenge, Jeff was on top of it all behind the scenes making selling our home painless and I wouldn't have trusted anyone else to get it done. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling.
Jeff priced my condo at exactly the right market price. He was spot on. He took great photos and kept me informed with feedback from every showing. My sale came within a week. I am highly satisfied with the job Jeff did and would recommend him!

Jeff provided real market expectations that were spot on as our home sold the first weekend it went on the market above asking price with multiple bids. Jeff guided us through the process before the house was on the market and was always available. I would strongly recommend utilizing the talents of Jeff Duneske when you want to sell your home.
