Jeff has demonstrated his outstanding professional skills when selling our house. We had a good experience with Jeff. He cares his customer and is very responsive. During the current difficult time, he is still able to sell our house in a short period of time. Again, Thank you, Jeff!
Excellent service and advice. Extremely knowledgeable about the area. Prompt and responsive. Timely updates with useful insights. Potential buyer feedback tool was very useful. Aggressive in coaching the sell without being overbearing.
It was a pleasure working with Jeff! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive! I would definitely work with him again and would highly recommend!!
We had a great experience with Jeff. He was very responsive and got the job done. We worked with another agent before him and had a very hard time getting a deal done. But with Jeff, we put offers in 2 houses and both were accepted. Jeff was able to schedule showing very efficiently and was always available to answer our questions. Even during COVID-19 pandemic, he kept us well informed. The entire home buying process went very smoothly with Jeff.
Jeff has very helpful in helping us navigate selling during these ever changing times. He kept us up to date as much as possible! 3D tour technology very helpful during shelter in place.
Very professional and in the challenging environment of when COVID19 became a pandemic, the overall process of selling was a positive experience. Jeff's client care specialist Vicki was also great. If we were to sell again, we'd give Jeff a call.
Hi Jeff, I would like to really thank you for all the help you did in terms of the following: - Searching a good condo that would meet my requirements - Negotiating the price - Helping me in providing a good home inspector - Coordinating with the seller in getting some of the issues fixed for the ones reported as part of the home inspection - Clearly clarifying all my questions / concerns Though it took time for me to nail down on a condo, you patiently arranged me the showings whenever I requested. Never saw any frustration on your face. Today, I am really excited that the closing is done and am the proud owner of a new property. You are the best and I would really love to work with you in future. Wish you the very best.
Jeff was very professional, focused, engaged, and helpful during the sale and listing of my condo!! He is very knowledgeable about the market and available to answer questions and follow up. Highly recommend!!!!!!
a Jeff has handled multiple real estate transactions on my behalf and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of service. He is responsive, strategic and skilled at navigating difficult situations and negotiating for the best possible outcome. Real estate transactions can be stressful and emotional and Jeff communicates with his clients regularly even if there is nothing substantial to report as a reminder he is always standing by to help. I highly recommend Jeff and his team. They are a pleasure to work with.
Jeffe Duneske and his team are professional and friendly. Their expertise and attention to detail made the selling of our home as unstressful as possible. We sold and closed within 31 days without a hitch. Jeff sold us this home 9 years ago and we knew he would be our agent when we sold it. We look forward to working with Jeff and his team in buying a condo near Novi when we return from Florida in the spring.
Jeff did a great job in helping us sell our home. He was very professional in all aspects of the process from explaining the current market value for our home to keeping us quickly updated on showings, offers, etc. This was especially helpful as my wife and I were away on vacation in Florida as the house was being offered. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone seeking a real estate agent and would definitely hire him again should the need arise.
Excellent person to work with! Jeff listens! we have found our perfect home. We appreciate working with him and will recommend him to any family and friends.
