Jeff did a great job of keeping us updated and staying in touch with us throughout our home searching and buying process. We've bought 3 homes over the years and he's been the only realtor to keep us informed, to stay in touch even through quiet weeks, and that truly showed that he was "here to help!"
Jeff obviously has a solid grasp on the Lyon Township market. His expertise and quick work made our house sell fast. He never made us feel uncomfortable or out of the loop with what was going on. Whenever we had questions Jeff was there to answer them. Highly recommend.
Jeff and his entire team were really great to work with. We moved to the area from out of state and Jeff was happy to show us an incredible number of houses on our first trip to town even on one of the most beautiful late summer weather days I’ve seen. He gave us valuable and honest feedback to our questions, yet didn’t push us in any way. Definitely a no pressure approach. Ultimately, Jeff helped us achieve our 2 main goals: get into a specific school district and close on our new home before the school year began. It was no easy task because it was a pretty tight time frame and the house had to feel like a place we could call home. Jeff delivered from beginning to end, and his team stepped in and delivered in their areas of expertise as well. Jeff was recommended to us by a family member who has been friends with Jeff for several years. Now, we’re happy to call Jeff our friend as well.
Jeff is a joy to work with. He is very professional, consistent, and easily accessible, not to mention upbeat. We will definitely work with him again in the future.
My experience with Katy Karvola was AWESOME. I enjoyed meeting with her because she was so personable and friendly. I can tell she loves her job. She also was very accommodating with my work schedule and extremely patient when I was arrived later than expected. Katy has been in constant contact with me through my home buying journey, always there to help with feedback, even after work hours. I will definitely recommend Katy to friends and family members looking for a great home buying experience. Way to go Katy!!!
Jeff was very helpful and informative along the complete process and provided cautionary information where appropriate. He provided weekly webcast with the status. When we went on vacation, he worked with the seller to extend the closing as needed.
Jeff sold our house 2 days before our house went up for sale for our asking price. He made the process easy and stress free. We highly recommend Jeff. If you want to sell your fast quick and have an agent that is with you every step of the way .... call Jeff. Heather and Cris
Jeff is a very knowledgeable & professional realtor. We were house hunting in a small area where the inventory was limited. He emailed us "new houses in your area for sale" updates right away & also made sure we saw the houses we wanted to either on the same day we asked or the very next day. If he wasnt available, his associate Vicky was. I would recommend Jeff for anyone looking to buy a home.
Katy was very professional in every way. She was very knowledgeable of the area and honest about market conditions. Katy and her partner Lisa were very, very responsive to all questions and communications. We would definitely recommend to others!
Very very well organized. Helped us step through the process with no complications. Talked a shaky home seller down from trying to back out. Was very very helpful in both selling and buying of homes.
Jeff Duneske is a very professional and knowledgeable agent. We purchased our first home with him in July 2019 and enjoyed working with him! When we first started the home purchasing process, we weren't working with anyone in particular; then we met Jeff. He was so professional and helpful, we knew right away that we wanted to work with him and his team- and they did NOT disappoint! Jeff helped us navigate through the steps and made sure the homes we looked met our criteria. After about 3 weeks we found our home and Jeff negotiated a great deal for us. We had a unique situation that caused us to move through the process a little quicker than usual, but Jeff was always two steps ahead of our needs. We were able to close on the house and move in on schedule! Jeff understands the Millennial style of getting business done. Will recommend his services to anyone and definitely use him again (as listing and buying agent) next time!
I enjoyed working with Jeff. He knows the local market very well. Jeff did an excellent job marketing our home and his pictures are phenomenal. I would highly recommend Jeff Duneske if you are selling your home in South Lyon.
