If there’s one thing we learned over our first sell experience, it is your realtor can either make or break the experience. Jeff went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. I wouldn’t choose anyone else to do business with as a buyer or seller.

I worked with Jeff for both a sale and a purchase which we did pretty much at the same time. I started talking to Jeff because he was the listing agent on a property that we looked at and that day he was extremely nice and showed us the property. I asked him if he knew of any other properties he could show us and he sent me a few but was not pushy and was not over bearing as many other realtors that I have met can be. Jeff met my wife and I at several properties at various times, many of them with very short notice. During the sale of our home he hosted an open house which brought many visitors and eventually ended up in a very quick and efficient sale. Going forward when I require an agent to help with a transaction I would definitely contact Jeff.

Jeff was a pleasure to work with. Very responsive to emails and messages. He made us feel comfortable about using him as an agent will recommend him to all my friends ans family.

This was our third time working with Jeff Davis. If our last move hadn’t taken us out of Florida, we would continue working with him.
