Jeannine is as sharp as they come. I've had her assistance in selling property on more than one occasion, and find that she is the person who will come up with the best resolution. (even more so than the attorneys involved!) She is a quick thinker and a keen negotiator. She knows what you need to do to prepare your home for sale, and how best to market it. In two instances, my house was not on the market for very long at all and I got full asking price with appealing terms.
