Jeannine carried this same level of compassion throughout the whole process, making what can be a stressful experience a very fun one for my wife and I. She was always able to work with our schedules and after meeting us at multiple homes 3 consecutive weekends, she eventually helped us find the home that we decided to settle in. Even after closing on the home, Jeannine still checks in on us frequently, making sure that we are happy with our new home and offering a hand with anything we need. This level of generosity is hard to find these days. We don’t have experience with any other realtors but after hearing stories from other people, I can assure that Jeannine is as good as they get. Jeannine is as sharp as they come. I've had her assistance in selling property on more than one occasion, and find that she is the person who will come up with the best resolution. (even more so than the attorneys involved!) She is a quick thinker and a keen negotiator. She knows what you need to do to prepare your home for sale, and how best to market it. In two instances, my house was not on the market for very long at all and I got full asking price with appealing terms. I'm sure timing played a part as well, but Jeannine is very knowledgeable about that and provides thorough research on comps in order to set the most advantageous pricing. On top of that she is so personable and fun to talk with. Working with Jeannine is always a pleasure!
