We had a very pleasant experience buying our first house working with Jeannine despite the tough market in winter 2021. She made herself whenever we needed to see a property or chat on the phone. She got right down to business during those 15 minute open houses, getting to know more from the sellers agent and strategizing offers already. Jeannine worked with us every step of the way through our offers, knowing what it would take to win an offer in this insane market and what was worth waiving and what we shouldn’t sacrifice. My boyfriend and I were first time home buyers, so the whole thing could have been very stressful . I had heard from a friend that she was their agent in recently buying a home so I gave her a call and felt instantly that she would be great to work with . One of the first things she said to me was “ I don’t want you to stress about this, I want you to enjoy every part of the process and let me do the stressing for you .” She also said “ I want this to be fun for you”, which it really was! We looked at about 20 houses or so and we actually had fun with it! She is great company! When we found the one we loved she drove to the hosue with us the same day , had an offer written up that same night and we had our offer accepted in no more that 24 hours . Couldn’t have been any smoother even with the current state of affairs . I will definitely use her in the future if we decide to sell as well as recommending her to any of my friends and family !
