This other realtor reviewed several profiles of realtors in our area and chose Jeannine based on years of experience, sales record, impressions from other realtors and speaking with her. We had pretty much found our new residence when we engaged Jeannine and discussions with her about other options and places solidified our decision. All we had to do was sell our current home. We told Jeannine what we wanted for our house. She told us what we needed to do. She recommended contractors and she worked with us / them to clearly set expectations and schedules. She brought in her interior designer to help with staging and Jeannine recommended storage and clean-out options.
