This other realtor reviewed several profiles of realtors in our area and chose Jeannine based on years of experience, sales record, impressions from other realtors and speaking with her. We had pretty much found our new residence when we engaged Jeannine and discussions with her about other options and places solidified our decision. All we had to do was sell our current home. We told Jeannine what we wanted for our house. She told us what we needed to do. She recommended contractors and she worked with us / them to clearly set expectations and schedules. She brought in her interior designer to help with staging and Jeannine recommended storage and clean-out options. Jeannine recommended and provided a person who helped with moving / dumping items, and packing our POD. Jeannine provided her assistant, Racheal, who helped stage the house, brought in required items, handled clean up and was a joy to work with. Finally, Jeannine provided us with a lawyer, who worked on both the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. All issues or concerns, there were not many, were communicated and addressed very quickly. Jeannine attended our meetings with the construction company. Was present for all the walk-throughs, inspections and final reviews of our new home. Our home sold in 24 hours and at our asking price.
