I can’t say enough good thing about Jeannine. Not only has she become a friend but someone that goes above and beyond for her clients. We had a stressful buying experience, a lot of things that came up that was out of our control (the other realtor and sellers) and Jeanine came to the rescue and help smooth out any issues that arised. She took it upon herself to fix problem that weren’t even her problems to fix and made what could have been a nightmare buying experience, bearable. Jeannine and her team were invaluable in the selling process form start to finish. They advised me on all aspects of how to prepare for listing my condo, from cleaning, to staging, to photos, to taking video and setting up a website, they were hands on at each step.. It all came together beautifully. With their help the condo looked spectacular. I was impressed throughout with their efficiency and clear communication. Selling my home initially felt like a daunting process as it required a deep clean out of basement and attic. Jeannine and her team helped with art and household donations as well as putting me in touch with folks to help with necessary repairs and touch ups.
